coursera.org experience: learning python and bioinformatics with 'Finding Hidden Messages in DNA (Bioinformatics I)' second part of course and finishing.

This is the second part of the course, devoted to finding regulatory motifs in DNA. This motifs regulate gene expression and are scattered over all genome. They are longer then DnaA boxes, and they are not as conserved as they are. Content I represent as mind map. Full size with better resolution could be found here Two second part quizzes are passed with the score 8 out of 10 both.
